This Artwork, from the Elements Series, (Big Format), is an Abstract Expressionism Conceptual Art showing Water and Fire in the form of Rain falling over a Campfire. It is a mixed media technique that uses acrylic paint, crackle medium, sand, and resin on some selected spots. Worked on a 48 in. by 36 in. stretched gallery canvas, with sides, (edges) carefully worked all around. As in every Artwork, the depth and figure are of most importance to achieve movement and a tridimensional reality. The rain is represented by thin lines as reminding the basic way any child could represent it, since it is a "basic brain's template image".
