"Creatures Trapped in Chaos", is an Abstract Expressionism Painting in a mixed media technique on a stretched gallery canvas. The Artwork shows different views or realities according to the distance watched. Far from it may seem like an Abstract Painting; then a bit closer, colors start showing in bolder ways; and finally, when getting closer the reality is shown: a game of finding creatures that are literally "trapped" by the chaos of forms. All creatures shown are from animal kingdom, which the Artist adore. Seems like the game of hide and seek. But at the same time, not just a game, since existence ruled by the humans, have turned it into a chaos, where the most vulnerable keep struggling to survive. The rich texture and colors make the abstract aspect appealing.
