121.9x182.9 cm ~ Painting, Acrylic, Enamel, Pigments, Ink
“Creation’s -First- Instant”, This Artwork is how I, the Artist, imagine the way that very first instant of the Creation could had been. There's a mix of elements: in something like an explosion, movement in every way, colors, fire, water, solid, space, depth, background, texture, transparency, a lot of things all together as trying to look or searching for an order. This is an Abstract Expressionism using a lot of materials mixed media to achieve something tridimensional in the two-dimensional format of the canvas: acrylic paint, alcohol inks, cheese cloth, gel medium, crackle medium for textures too, textile inks, sands and some resin on selected spots. The Artwork is done on two 48"x 36" stretched gallery canvas, worked simultaneously turning the panels in different orientations, with the purpose of handling it to be placed in different formats: thin and vertical, or horizontal, measuring 36" x 96", or 96"x 36". Also, in a more bigger way measuring 48" x 72"', refer to the pictures included. It is a strong and alive expression, in my very own unequivocal palette of colors. My reference to this image is The Holy Bible in it's first Book, Genesis, and also the last one, the Apocalypse.
